Job Description:
Join a supportive healthcare team as a Registered Nurse II in
the Emergency Department.
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care
following professional standards and policies.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and revise
individualized care plans, including discharge planning.
Provide direct patient care, delegate tasks appropriately, and
ensure effective communication for continuity of care.
Evaluate patient responses, adjust care as needed, and document all
interventions accurately and promptly.
Participate in quality improvement, ongoing education, and
mentoring activities to promote excellent patient outcomes.
Must have a valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and
graduate from an accredited nursing program.
