Experience: --- 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission). --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live > 75 miles from facility to be submitted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Must be able to start within 3 weeks from the job's listed start date. Guaranteed Hours: 36 On-Call: No Shift: Rotating - Day / Night Expected to work every other weekend The LPN candidate must be able to take their own assignment. This is not an LTC unit. Required: Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care hospital experience Float is expected to other MS/Tele units. If floating to ICU or ER, it would be to care for MedSurg level patients or to be helping hands. Expected to work every other holiday Maximum days off: 7 days 2 references from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support)
