Position Summary:As the RN Unit Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of your assigned unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents. Youll lead and support a team of healthcare professionals while fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Your role will include both clinical and administrative responsibilities, with a focus on providing excellent care and enhancing resident outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure efficient operations and a high standard of care.Care Coordination: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and their families.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and staff, addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.Staff Development: Provide ongoing training, support, and evaluations to nursing staff to promote professional growth and team success.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, ensuring proper documentation of care and services provided.Problem-Solving: Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies on the unit, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
