Job Description:
A health services network in Upstate New York is seeking a
licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team at one
of their facilities in Syracuse.About the OpportunityOn Site,
Hybrid, Remote: on siteShift: 8am-4:30pmSchedule: Full time - 5
shifts per week and one weekend per monthSetting: Acute Care and
OutpatientResponsibilities included but not limited to are:Will
evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated
proceduresFormulate specific goals for patient treatment by
appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel and
the patientsPrepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a
timely mannerAttend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences,
and render patient informationParticipate in educational programs
for staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional
health care personnelTrain new staff members; serve as clinical
instructor for senior level students; and facilitate new program
development.Requirements:Active New York State Physical Therapist
license or eligibleB.S. in Physical Therapy2 years experience
required in an acute care and/or outpatient settingby Jobble
