They must adhere to the highest standards of dental care, ethics, service, and professionalism. The General Dentist is responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating dental issues and maintaining oral health while building a positive relationship with current and prospective patients. The General Dentist is a source of clinical support for other Associates and practice staff. The Associate supports and enhances the practice's systems, trains & coaches team members, and strives to achieve the goals and strategies of the practice.As the Associate Dentist is a perceived leader in our practice, their actions must be of the highest caliber inside and outside the practice.
