This provides unmatched insight into a members overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. Compensation range is based on availability and assessment completion.Location: Home, SNF, and other community environments in Watertown, New YorkHours: Days, Evening, Nights, weekend, Flexible SchedulingBenefits: PRN providers are non-benefited except for 401(k) and limited Voluntary BenefitsMileage Reimbursement planWhat is Required:Masters Degree OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensureCurrent RN and NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authorityBoard certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in a Matrix approved specialtyCurrent BLS, ACLS or CPR certificationMinimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse PractitionerStrong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skills with patient, clients, and colleaguesComfort and flexibility with frequent changeTravel Requirements:Have the ability to travel, a valid state driver license and able to drive a car, proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage for the state of residenceTravel required to meet patients where they liveMatrix Medical Network is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
