Registered Dietitian - Advancement Opportunities at Rochester Regional Health summary: As a Registered Dietitian at the ElderONE - North Park PACE Center, you will utilize your expertise in nutrition to develop personalized diet plans that ensure high-quality care for patients. Hours Per Week: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday-Friday days; remote work as discussed with manager
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 SUMMARY: As a Registered Dietitian, your exceptional nutritional knowledge allows patients to receive appropriate, high quality diet plans essential to the best nutritional care.

- RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assessment - Complete nutritional assessments for all patients; provide input into Nutritional Support Service rounds for assigned patients; monitor and document patient progress.
• Diet Planning - Provide recommendations for formulations, rate and volume for all tube fed and TPN patients; instruct patients and families on special diets and general good nutrition; complete diet instructions for complex diets.
• Patient Care - Develop plan of care per clinical data, interview, diagnosis and treatment goals; provide oversight to dietetic technicians in providing patient care. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) either in place or received within 6 months of hire. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • One (1) to three (3) years of experience.
    • Strong analytical, computer and communication skills.

      • Employee Discounts EDUCATION: BS: Nutrition (Required) LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: - RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting. PAY RANGE: $26.00 - $33.66 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14609 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
