Health System or Clinically Integrated Network Background : You have worked in a health system or as part of a clinically integrated network and understand how dermatology interfaces with primary care and other specialists. You possess the ability to manage a high patient load and deliver a wide range of dermatological care. Ability to Establish Strategic Priorities and Clinical Standards: You adeptly navigate the balance between general and cosmetic dermatology and the health system---s mission of providing comprehensive care. You possess strong subject matter expertise across general dermatology and are able to identify and monitor appropriate quality targets ensuring robust system-wide evidence-based clinical practice and peer review. Champion for Care Innovation and System Integration: You are able to identify opportunities to leverage technology and innovate care models to expand access and quality of dermatology care across the system. You embrace and advocate for supporting expanded roles of dermatology advanced practice providers (APPs) and partnership with primary care, promoting an integrated dermatology care model.
