About the Role

• Lead and direct Addiction Therapists to promote clinical and program service improvement
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide supervision to improve clinical outcomes
• Maintain a client caseload and complete medical record documentation within required time frames Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience in chemical dependency or behavioral health
  • Advanced CASAC, Master CASAC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT required
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
