Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Clifton Springs Nursing Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be the engine and heart of patient care, making a positive difference in the lives of our patients, their family members, and visitors.
About the Job:

• Provide patient care and service, promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
  
• Develop and document individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective patient care.
  
• Supervise assigned team members and maintain effective communication to convey patient health status and treatment plans.
  
• Demonstrate proficient use of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

    Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • AS: Nursing (Required)
      
    • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
      
    • RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
      
      Physical Requirements:
      M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
