• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 quality inspectors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes
• Oversee quality control and document control operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the quality leadership team to implement best practices and address challenges in the department.
• Provide oversight for second and third shift operations as needed, adapting to ensure team success.ProfileA successful candidate will:
