Job Title: Registered Nurse SupervisorTrusted Nurse Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our night shift nursing team in a well-respected community hospital. As a key member of our team, you will oversee nursing staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and manage patient care plans, focusing on safety and quality.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and effective communication.
• Mentor staff, providing guidance and addressing challenges as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards.
• Adjust staffing based on patient needs and census.Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
