Job Title: Travel Nurse RNWe are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Health Advocates Network-Rochester. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Job Summary:This is a 12-week contract opportunity for a Travel Nurse RN to work in the Progressive Care Unit at a reputable healthcare facility in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as a Step Down Registered Nurse and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developmentsRequirements:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
  • 1 year of experience as a Step Down Registered Nurse
  • American Heart Association BLS, NIHSS
  • An active, current (NY) state license or reciprocation if applicableBenefits:
