on the Irondequoit Campus. The primary focus of this position is to
provide high quality and individualized patient care in
collaboration with our Nursing Team while supervising CNA and RST
staff.St. Anns Community Offers: Starting salary $25.25 -
$32.15/hr. $4/hr. - Evening Differential $6/hr. - All Shifts
Weekend Differential Day/Eves. Shifts available Full/Part time

medical status upon admission and throughout the course of
treatment Provide regular patient status updates Update assessment
of each patients medical status upon admission Assist in
implementation of the patients treatment plan under direction of
Registered Nurse Complete required documentation in an accurate and
timely mannerCandidate Requirements: Valid NYSED LPN Certification
- Required Minimum of 1 year experience in working with Elders -
Preferred Basic Life Support American Heart Association (BLS)Join
