Nurse MedSurg** Provide direct patient care, including monitoring
vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with
treatments and procedures.* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary
healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
for patients.* Perform comprehensive assessments of patients'
health status and initiate appropriate interventions.* Educate
patients and their families on disease management, medications, and
post-discharge care.* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of
patient care activities in accordance with facility policies and
procedures.* Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for
patients by adhering to infection control protocols and safety
standards.* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and
contribute to the achievement of departmental goals.*Requirements
of the Registered Nurse MedSurg:** BLS Certification* ACLS
Certification* NY RN License* 2 years previous MedSurg*Working for
