• Hours: 4-day work week with a minimum of 1 evening until 8 or 9 pm

• Average Patients seen: 2.5 patients per hour
• Call Schedule: Minimal phone only call; Rotated weekly

• Additional Info: This is a float position where the provider will spend their time split between 2 locations, Sodus and Newark-about 20 minutes driving distance between locations. However, the provider will be scheduled so that adequate time can be spent at each location (Ex: M,T-Sodus location W-F-Newark location)Qualifications:--- Board Certified --- A current unrestricted NY license and CPR certification required--- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail--- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with personnel, patients, and community partners--- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion--- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills--- The ability to work flexible hours -some evenings are required--- The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English preferred
