As an academic institution, active engagement in research and
education is expected with new resources available for program
development and scholarly pursuits. Education/supervision
opportunities are abundant with students, residents, and fellows of
a variety of disciplines, including psychology postdoctoral
fellows. The position carries an academic appointment in the Mayo
Clinic College of Medicine, rank commensurate with experience.
We find exceptional strength in the variety of perspectives and
backgrounds of our colleagues to create a workplace that supports
and advances the mission of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Become part of the legacy that embraces our differences and enables
us to deliver the highest-quality, evidence-based treatments in an
innovative manner to patients from all over the world.
Joining Mayo Clinic offers you industry leading benefits. You will
have plenty of options for medical, dental, and vision care
insurance. Flexible spending accounts let you defer pre-tax dollars
to handle your out-of-pocket medical expenses. Life insurance,
short-term disability, and long-term disability let you rest easy,
and our generous time away and CME programs help you enjoy a
healthy work-life balance. Finally, outstanding retirement benefits
including a defined benefit Pension Plan along with 401k/403b
savings programs with a match ensure financial stability after your
life-changing career at Mayo Clinic.
Qualifications
Candidates must be eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota
and be Board-certified/Board-eligible through the American Board of
Professional Psychology. Requirements for the position include
completion of an APA or CPA accredited doctoral program and
internship, with experience in evidence-based DBT and CBT
