• Two (2) year college degree in Radiologic Technologist in Applied Science or equivalent.
• NYS license in Radiologic Technology
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT-R)
• Prior Radiologic Technologist experience (preferred)
• ARRT-M Advanced Mammography Certification (preferred)RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Mammography. Perform and/or assists diagnostic, screening, ultrasound and interventional mammography procedures; perform daily and periodic Mammography Quality Assurance (QA) activities under the direct supervision of the mammography QA Technologist; monitor image quality on a continuous basis to ensure that all quality standards are met
  • General Maintenance. Monitor equipment for proper performance and functionality; clean, restock and prepare examination rooms on a daily basis
  • Documentation. Complete all necessary documentation in the radiological information system (RIS) and/or patient chartsROCHESTER REGIONAL BENEFITS
