This is a RN position in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry - United Memorial Medical Center. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN ? Med Surg/Tele. Requirements For Application: - Current Resume - Nursing License per state - Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications - 2 current clinical references Requirement Prior to Start: - Physical (within 12 months) - TB skin test (within 12 months) - Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella - Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months) - Current ?
