WeCare Centers -is actively seeking motivated -Speech Pathologist -Team Members -for our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Canandaigua, NY.
Summary:
Looking for a Speech Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Canandaigua. We are offering competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefit package.
Duties:

Provide quality SLP services, including evaluating patients, screening, initiating referrals, obtaining data and follow through with plan of care.


Completes timely documentation including progress notes, screen reports, daily notes, and discharge summaries.


Knowledgeable in short term and long term SLP care.


Instruct patients as well as family members and staff in goals, progress, and appropriate therapeutic techniques.


Ensures compliance with protocols and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an accredited -Speech Language Pathologist Program
Active License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence -
Current NY State license in Speech and Language Pathology
Experience in skilled nursing/ long term care settings preferred
