• Hospital has a level 2 NICU and da Vinci robotics
• 1:8 call that is shared with another group in town
• Group handles 35 to 45 deliveries per month
• 5 OB/GYNs and 1 NP (hiring a second)
• 2 of the physicians are within 2 to 5 years of retirement, so they are succession planning
• Ideal candidate will do both OB and GYN and have good surgical skills for complex surgeries
• Will look at residents
