Job Description:

WorkFit Medical is a free standing Urgent Care/Occupational Health Center serving the Rochester area. We are growing and in need of an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the medical team. Workfit Medical provides urgent care services 365 days per year as well as a wide suite of occupational health services for employers in the region.

We are looking for an individual that thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment to provide high quality care to our patients. Prefer someone with ER/Urgent Care experience and the ability to work in a high volume setting. We utilize an electronic health record and offer very competitive compensation packages.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in ER, urgent care, occupational, or other similar setting
• Ability to work within an electronic health record
• Flexibility and willingness to work some weekends and holidays
• Interest in or experience in occupational health and preventative health screening
• Ability to go on-side occasionally to employer's locations
• Focused on client satisfaction and providing high quality patient care
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Worker's comp case management experience
