RockStars Wanted!Clio Holdings is looking to add a talented HR Manager to the team in Rochester, NY.This role is responsible for all HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits education, employee relations, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. This Human Resources professional will partner with business leaders and provide strategic HR expertise to support business success and build happy employees. Responsibilities and Key Result AreasStaffing: The HR Manager is responsible for recruiting and onboarding quality new hires Educate managers on necessary processes and best practices related to hiring Partner with business leaders to complete succession planning Post jobs, source candidates and conduct interviews for available positions Maintain a sufficient pool of quality candidates to fill talent pipeline Complete pre-employment processes, new hire paperwork and onboarding Training: The HR Manager will create and conduct training to all employees Track and monitor employee participation and completion of training Create and conduct effective training related to HR topics such as benefits offerings, compliance and leadership development Partner with managers to identify training needs. Coordinate continuing education and cross training, where appropriate Employee relations: The HR Manager will actively manage employee relations and lead employee engagement Field, investigate and resolve employee questions, concerns and issues Train and advise supervisors on best practice for employee relations Enthusiastically propagate the company philosophy that happy employees are our foundation Compliance: The HR Manager must maintain compliance with company policies and procedures along with federal, state and local laws and regulations Appropriately manage leave, FMLA and ADA processes Complete necessary regulatory reporting and maintain proper documentation Continually review internal HR processes and procedures to ensure participation and compliance Program management: The HR Manager will ensure programs such as benefits education, new hire onboarding, safety and employee engagement are fully executed and effective Educate employees, encourage participation in employee programs and assist with enrollments and inquiries Preferred Education, Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree and 7-10 years HR generalist experience. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-CP) preferred. Bilingual - English, Spanish strongly preferred. Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk; hear; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
