Job Title - Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics Job Location - Rochester, NY Job ID - CS20190508-32420 Job Description: L3Harris is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations and Analytics Associate Manager to work closely with the Human Resources team and Talent Acquisition leaders to drive the overall recruiting and onboarding strategy aimed at hiring exceptional talent. This role will be tasked with creating efficient processes, analyzing data and making informed decisions, and managing a team to provide exceptional recruiting support for the company. This role will also work at the intersection of project, performance, and programs to ensure visibility with the leadership team and key business partners. This role will partner closely with the greater HR team to ensure we are aligned on strategy to attract the right candidates for L3Harris and ensure their successful onboarding. We are looking for a strategic, motivated, and progressive Recruiting Operations Manager that will bring analytical and operations excellence to our team. We are searching for someone who is operationally-driven and passionate about innovating, optimizing and automating recruiting processes at scale. You can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibilities: developing and driving dashboards and analytics, along with mentoring and developing the recruiting operations team. Ability to travel at least once a quarter. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators; prioritizing their day to day activities
* Work at the ground level with the coordinators and assess their daily challenges, implement process solutions based on those pain points
* Provide strategic leadership and guidance over the Talent Acquisition Operations function
* Develop and manage recruiting insights, identify key trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of our overall hiring strategy, processes, and tools
* Develop and manage recruiting metrics and analytical support that will play a key role in our organization's long-term strategy and hiring growth
* Drive data integrity by regularly conducting analysis and creating recruiting dashboards and reports from the ground up
* Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to identify additional reporting or analysis
* Understanding of key recruiting metrics, their significance, and how to derive them
* Continue to level up our recruiting process internally and externally, implementing new structures and processes as needed
* Oversee our team of Recruiting Coordinators and prioritize their day to day
* Build out recruiting metrics, reporting, and dashboards leveraging internal tools and making recommendations for new ones
* Work at the ground level with the coordinators and assess their daily challenges, implement process solutions based on those pain points
* Create and distribute reports and dashboards, graphs and visualizations for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, as well as ad hoc reporting needs. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience
* 4+ years of reporting and analytics experience, preferably within HR/Recruiting
* 2+ years of experience working with an Applicant Tracking System Preferred Additional Skills: * High level of technical proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint skills with experience creating, analyzing, and managing insights
* Expert level experience with Excel (pivot tables, creating complex formulas and VLOOKUP)
* Deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process and how to best optimize for effectiveness and efficiency
* Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
