They have an immediate opening for a Customer Success Manager in their office in Rochester that is 100% ONSITE. The goal of the position is to lower attrition rates and keep customers engaged in using their software on a regular basis, through checking in with them and evaluating their needs. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to build a client's trust.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Composure and a calm demeanor under stress.
  • Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Utilizing online technology to communicate with the customer.
  • Strong computer skills including commitment to logging details in CRM Software (Salesforce). RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Own the entire post-sales experience including up-sells, renewals, and strategic account management.
    • Be a product and industry expert to communicate value (training, features, support) to subscribers to drive retention.
    • Conduct business reviews and leverage internal resources to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
    • Work with your fellow subject matter experts on the team to resolve problems.EDUCATION/BACKGROUND:
