This person will lead the implementation of new programs through the product delivery process from Concept Initiation to Launch, while using the Technical Excellence and Financial program planning process. The role is responsible for governance and performance reviews to all partners and entities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establishment of a program team with all the proper value chain partners and alignment of delivery partners towards common program goals.
• Work with the line of business and offering manager to ingest and scope the new program and feature requests and help translate requests into program requirements.
• Align development teams to the business prioritization of Offering requirements
• Manage all key program deliverables (technical and non-technical). This includes understanding and comprehending regional differences in deliverables. Specific program components include: software, hardware, support processes, documentation, training, service strategy, market facing materials, roadmaps, delivery processes, cost models that become basis for pricing models, licensing, etc.
• Development and tracking of program schedules, organize resources, delegate tasks/responsibilities, monitors performance against plan and adjustments to complete Program timely and within budget.
• Communication plans for the overall program either in forums or via published artifacts
• Getting the program initiative through established Program Management processes and internal governance phase dates.
• Working hand in hand with the solution architect and product owners to ensure we have innovation and differentiation within the new offerings.
• Driving the program team to deal with exceptions, trade-offs, and other difficult situations and escalations.
• Establishing a long range plan as well as a plan for the next version of a given offering capability.
• Establishes QCDs for program deliverables
