At Breezeline, you will get the opportunity to manage, influence, play, create, fix, and re-shape the industry.Role SummaryAs a Director of Systems and Solutions Development, your role is to oversee, transform and integrate payment, billing and client service enablement infrastructure. You will work closely with a team of leaders enabling business outcomes, including an enhanced customer/colleague experience, sophisticated payment solutions, coding pricing and continued focus on our customer centric approach. You are a highly analytical, detailed oriented self-starter. You have a "roll up the sleeves" attitude and a focus on delivering impactful results, always demonstrating intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow. This role requires a relentless pursuit towards implementing best in class processes and taking a proactive approach that will enhance the employee vision, mission and values to ensure an engaging colleague experience. This Ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Building a team that is responsible to ensure appropriate strategies are in place to mitigate business/technological risks, as well as for overseeing Process Improvement activities in alignment with the Organizational goals -
    • Managing, leading, inspiring and developing colleagues to ensure a high level of performance and accountability
      • Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills, bi-directionally within the organization
        • Communicating complex technical concepts effectively to a broad group of stakeholders
          • Partnering and delivering results in a Matrix Organization
            • Attending leadership meetings on a regular basis to stay abreast of priorities and initiatives
              • Partnering with the Engineering, Product and Customer Service teams to implement new techniques and strategies that align with the Strategic Roadmap
                • Working with INFOSEC team to ensure security of applications and data
                  • Contributing to the design, engineering and implementation of complete systems that interface with the billing and service enablement products and related vendor partnerships
                    • Marinating a current understanding of new techniques and industry practices
                      • Developing processes, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, solution configuration and design
                        • Design and implementation of best in class technical enhancers that drives automation and performance of systems and services
                          • Oversight and deployment of monitoring/alerting of service events related to performance, scalability, availability, and reliability
                            • Contributes to strategy discussions on overall design and best in class services
                              • Completing other projects as assigned or as needs are recognizedSkills and Experience

                                                    • Bachelor's Degree BA/BS Computer Science / or Industry equivalent
                                                      • Five to seven years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
                                                        • Experience building or working in a client focused environment
                                                          • Experience managing in a Matrix Organization is preferredOther Skills and Abilities:
