Role: Sales Executive
Level: 2
Location: Rochester, NY
Travel: 5%
Reports to: Vice President of Sales
Work Requirements: In Person with an option for a hybrid
environment after 3 months. Performance based opportunity. April 1,
2023 hybrid option dependent on performance
Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales professional with
excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage
customer prospects and join our team as a level 2 Sales
Professional. The position will require a creative lead generation
strategy along with the responsibility to develop and engage new
customers that align with our core business offerings. In this
position you will be responsible for proactively working with
existing customers while strategically targeting new business
opportunities. You will be asked to strategically target new
opportunities with existing customers and deliver recommendations
of products and services that are offered by the organization. You
will be tasked with acquiring new customers that align to the core
solution offerings of the organization. In this role you are
responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs by
obtaining new customer orders from existing customers. You will be
asked to ensure that our customers are satisfied and properly taken
care of while making purchases. If you are hungry, humble and

Centralized point of contact between customers and the company
Negotiate terms of sales and agreements along with closing sales
with new and existing customers
Respond to customer inquiries along with working with internal key
stakeholders to resolve questions to acquire new business
opportunities
Create proposal documents for new sales opportunities
Leverage existing databases and information sources to find
appropriate contacts and contact information.
You develop prospect lists and work collaboratively with sales
leaders to generate email campaigns.
You initiate solution-oriented conversations with potential
prospects
You conduct appropriate sales follow up to keep prospects warm
You will work to service a core group of assigned existing
customers with the goal of uncovering new sales opportunities.
Proactively manage your sales funnel and report weekly on new
opportunities
Work cross-functionally within the organization to leverage Subject
matter experts to solve customer requests.
Meet with customers and prospect in person or virtually with a
standard meeting cadence
Demonstrate presentation skills in front of customers and
prospects
Demonstrate the ability to acquire new customers in line with sales
quotas and monthly goals
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Professional
You will be expected to achieve quarterly sales quotas for new and
existing customers
You generate future quantifiable pipeline
Excellent knowledge of MS office
Familiarity with the products and services offered in an IT
organization
Highly motivated and target driven with a track record of success
in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritization of time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the
audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to coaching and
feedback
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
