You can learn more about Flex@Work here .HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD.As a Business Development Manager, you enjoy an environment of continuous learning, growing your knowledge base with new technologies, and applying that knowledge to create solutions to drive growth for our customers.Reporting to our Director of Business Development, you will lead and implement In-Building Wireless (DAS, Small Cell, & CBRS) business development initiatives in North America along with influencing the broader CommScope portfolio.Your main responsibilities will focus on supporting pre-sales activities, including presenting the value and benefits of our product portfolio through technical discussions and presentations in a trusted advisor capacity and providing hands-on support for customer lab qualification, integration, and deployment. You will also handle the development and implementation of strategies in new accounts and uncharted vertical segments to drive the In-Building Wireless marketplace.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• A completed Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.
• 6+ months of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, willing to take action with advanced interpersonal skills.YOU WILL EXCITE US IF YOU:
  • Have familiarity with technologies and business dynamics associated with DAS, In-Building Wireless, and Small Cells.
  • Experience in the licensed wireless industry
