We approach culture with intention, valuing camaraderie, collaboration, inclusivity and a healthy work/life balance.**Description/Opportunity:**We're looking for a Sr. UX Designer to support our Investment Management team as they build a world-class platform to support our clients and business segments.The ideal candidate will have experience taking ownership of the design process and how it integrates into the larger product team. This person will work with business stakeholders and the product development team.**Essential Knowledge and Skills:**As a **User Experience Designer** , you will be responsible for designing and executing new features to support cbre.com.**Your responsibilities will include:**+ Collaborating with Business stakeholders, UX, Product Management and Engineering to help define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience+ Creating and communicating design guidelines, patterns, and libraries+ Documenting UI design through mockups, design specs, and prototype demos+ Ensuring consistent experiences across multiple features to align directly with business requirements+ Acting as the UI design evangelist for the team and stakeholders+ Presenting design solutions to internal team and business stakeholders+ Executing visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering+ Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity to complex design requirements+ Building out design patterns, libraries, and style guides+ Working with User Researchers to identify new opportunities and validate proposed solutions.+ Working with the constraints of an enterprise-level CMS system+ Collaborating with other designers to coordinate UX efforts that span products and initiatives.**Additional responsibilities could include**+ Creating wireframes, user flows/journeys, and site maps that communicate interaction design concepts+ Aid in user research studies/evaluation**Qualifications:**4 years of relevant work experience.An online portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of UI designStrong visual design/layout/typography skillsetExperience working across multiple projects and deadlinesCurrent with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologiesExpert skills in Figma, with special focus on design libraries**Nice to haves:**Working knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)Experience with complex workflows and data setsExperience working with development teams in an agile environmentColorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the SR. UX Designer position is $120,000 annually $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
