If you move fast, and are customer-focused and willing to challenge the status quo, Next Insurance and AP Intego might just be your next journey.The objective of this role is to manage a premier Property & Casualty Book of Business. As a dedicated Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an awesome client experience through account retention. Extensive industry knowledge is required to support each client throughout their policy term. What You'll Do:● Initiate consultative calls to clients to assess underwriting exposures prior to policy renewal.● Mitigate risk through annual needs assessment when requested● Provide creative plan designs to clients from current and alternate carriers during client renewal or as requested by client off cycle● Maintain and foster customer relationships, including carriers, payroll bureaus/partners, State Funds, alternative markets, to ensure prompt and efficient service to their assigned book of business● Meet and/or exceed established productivity and quality standards● Maintain compliance with state, federal and insurance carrier guidelines, as well as standards set forth by Next and its partners● Collaborate with teammates to research and propose enhancements to existing processes to create efficiencies and maintain individual service standards● Partner with internal departments to facilitate seamless transactions between client, carrier, and Next● Develop and maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and legislative and compliance changes● Perform other duties as assignedWhat We Need:● Property & Casualty Insurance License required and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field or in a related area● BA or BS in Business, Finance, Insurance, or Management Self-motivated individual to go above and beyond● Strong communication and presentation skills● Willingness to learn multiple systems● Collaborator who partners to drive the best results for the client● Strong attention to detail One of our core values is 'Play as a Team'; this means making sure everyone has an equal chanceto participate and make a difference.
