Job Summary: -IP.com is helping the world's most creative companies accelerate the pace of innovation. -The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing the long-term marketing & communication vision for the brand, which promotes its unique position in the marketplace. Responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing all marketing strategies and marketing communications, both external and internal. -Managing the departmental P&L, driving down costs whenever possible. -Overseeing the development and implementation of all programming, advertising, development of support materials and services. -Directing the efforts of the marketing team and partners and coordinating at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization. -Primary Duties and Responsibilities: -We're seeking a savvy marketing leader that understands all aspects of the B2B marketing mix including lead generation, SEO, social media management, technical content development, PR and media relations. -The position reports to the CEO, works collaboratively with the CFO, Product Managers and Sr. Sales Manager on a daily basis, and will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day strategic and task-based marketing efforts. -The ideal leader will be able to: -

  • Reflect, articulate, and promote the mission, vision, and identity of IP.com.
  • Create, implement, and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing and communications program that will enhance IP.com's image and position within the marketplace and public, and facilitate internal and external communications.
  • Manage the strategic and creative design of IP.com's marketing activities and materials including:
  • Website, social media channels, visual assets including all photography, and video
  • Collateral, presentations, and other written communication as needed
  • Master Brand Guidelines - logos, letterhead, brochures, presentation templates, etc.
  • Manage the marketing partners including photographers, videographers, and agencies.
  • Support all events.
  • Provide additional communication support to the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board members as needed.
  • Manage budget and develop metrics on plan performance, report monthly/quarterly to CEO and other team members. -Requirements: -
    • Bachelors' degree in Marketing or related field
    • Strongly Preferred Master's degree in business administration or marketing
    • 15+ years in agency or corporate experience, ideally working in SaaS B2B category.
    • Familiarity with necessary tools including Adobe, all MS Office Suite (PPT, Xcel, Word, etc.), Salesforce, Pardot (or equivalent CRM program).
    • Excellent communication skills - comfortable presenting, conducting interviews and being the 'Face of the Firm' to multiple audiences.
    • Excellent writing skills.
    • Strategic thinker and master project manager.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by B2B marketing.
    • Compliance with ITAR/Export Control regulations, which can be demonstrated by US citizenship.
