Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced Senior Automation Mechanic to join our dynamic team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing automated systems in our manufacturing facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of our production equipment. As a leading global real estate services firm, JLL integrates world-class asset management practices into our manufacturing operations, prioritizing innovation and asset value optimization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving our engineering success, utilizing sophisticated technologies and techniques to uphold and exceed performance standards. Perform routine and advanced maintenance on various automated and robotic systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime. Lead projects on equipment upgrades and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Provide technical guidance and training to junior mechanics and technicians. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance procedures and system configurations. Proficient in mechanical systems and automation technologies. Ability to troubleshoot and repair advanced robotic and control systems. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in manufacturing environments.
