JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering Planner to join our Engineering, Maintenance, and Asset Management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities while optimizing equipment life cycles to benefit our vast array of global clients in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning maintenance activities, improving reliability processes, and collaborating with engineering teams to align with JLL's strategic goals of maximizing property value and minimizing operational costs. Develop and implement maintenance strategies that increase equipment reliability and longevity while reducing downtime. Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of necessary parts and equipment. Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas of improvement. Collaborate with the engineering team to rollout new initiatives and projects aimed at asset performance enhancements. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulatory requirements. Train maintenance staff on new processes and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced knowledge of maintenance management systems Proficient in data analysis and interpretation Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
