Constellation, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering projects and manage a team of talented engineers. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of engineering solutions that align with our commitment to renewable energy and efficient energy management solutions. Your leadership will directly contribute to our mission of powering homes, businesses, and public sectors across the U.S. with sustainable and innovative energy solutions. Lead and manage multiple engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality objectives. Coordinate with other department heads to align engineering strategies with company goals. Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers and technical staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of engineering staff. Manage budgeting and resource allocation efforts for the engineering department. Stay abreast of new industry trends, technologies, and standards in the energy sector. Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of the energy sector, including renewable energy technologies Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions based on analytical thinking Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred PE (Professional Engineer) license advantageous
