are seeking a skilled and motivated Used Car Flat Rate Technician
to join our team. As a Flat Rate Technician, you will be
responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles or
equipment efficiently and effectively while meeting the standards
set for flat rate compensation. You will play a key role in
ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work in a
timely manner. Responsibilities: Perform bumper-to-bumper
inspections and mechanical repairs on used vehicles. Diagnose and
repair engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, and HVAC
issues. Ensure reconditioning standards are met for vehicle safety,
quality, and appearance. Work efficiently to meet flat-rate
performance standards. Communicate repair needs and status clearly
with service advisors and managers. Requirements: Requirements: 2
years of hands-on automotive repair experience (used car experience
preferred). ASE Certification(s) a plus. Strong diagnostic and
mechanical skills. Ability to work independently and meet
deadlines. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation: Competitive flat-rate pay based on the services
