If you're a highly skilled technician with a passion for problem-solving and leadership, we want to hear from you. Position Overview: As a Lead RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex electrical, HVAC, structural, plumbing, and chassis issues. You will also play a key role in training and coaching less experienced technicians, helping to build a strong and capable service team. Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 based on experience.
