Job Description:
Saab, a premier global defense and security company renowned for

security, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our
dedicated Quality Assurance & Testing team. This position is
instrumental in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our
cutting-edge defense and aerospace products. As a Quality Engineer
at Saab, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment
to excellence and safety, directly impacting the effectiveness and
success of national and international defence operations. Develop
and implement quality assurance standards, processes, and controls.
Coordinate with the product development team to ensure rigorous
compliance with engineering specifications and industry
regulations. Design, execute, and analyze quality assurance and
control tests on products. Identify, document, and report defects
and inconsistencies in product functionality, user experience, and
performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
corrective actions are implemented for identified quality issues.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying best practices in
process improvement and quality management. Prepare detailed
reports on quality assessments, findings, and improvements. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management
abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of industry-standard
quality systems and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using
quality testing tools and methodologies. Ability to work
effectively in team-oriented and collaborative environments.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Quality Engineer (CQE) by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) is
preferable. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality
standards.
