Job Description:
Constellation, a pioneering energy company engaged in providing
a diverse array of energy solutions including power, natural gas,
and renewable resources, is seeking a proactive and meticulous
Maintenance Planner. As part of our Engineering, Maintenance &
Asset Management team, the role focuses on maximizing plant and
equipment uptime through meticulous planning and effective
coordination of maintenance resources and activities. The
Maintenance Planner will play a crucial role in enhancing
operational efficiencies and ensuring the reliability and safety of
our energy production and management systems. Develop and implement
detailed maintenance plans and schedules based on production
requirements and resource availability. Coordinate with operations
and maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance
activities while minimizing impact on production. Analyze equipment
failure data and work order history to develop proactive
maintenance strategies and reduce breakdowns. Develop, maintain,
and optimize the preventative maintenance program to enhance
equipment longevity and reliability. Prepare and manage
documentation for maintenance strategies, including budgets,
timescales, and necessary resources. Work with supply chain
management to ensure the availability of necessary parts, tools,
and equipment for scheduled maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance
with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in the
execution of maintenance activities. Conduct regular reviews of
maintenance processes and systems to seek continuous improvement.
Proficiency in maintenance planning software, preferably SAP PM
module. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and
inform maintenance decisions. Excellent organizational and project
management skills. Strong ability to coordinate and communicate
effectively across diverse groups. In-depth understanding of
maintenance processes and equipment used in the energy sector.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred. Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification can be
advantageous.
