Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in energy production and management, is
seeking a dynamic Supervisor Maintenance to join our Engineering &
Maintenance team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily
maintenance operations within our energy facilities, ensuring
optimal operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with all
regulatory standards. This position offers an opportunity to
contribute to sustainable energy initiatives and improve system
reliability across a diverse service portfolio. Oversee and
schedule regular maintenance and repairs of equipment and
facilities to ensure continuous operations. Lead, mentor, and
develop a team of maintenance technicians, promoting a culture of
safety and excellence. Coordinate with other department heads to
optimize maintenance strategies and minimize downtime. Develop and
manage maintenance budgets, including procurement of materials and
services. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and
environmental regulations. Implement and manage preventive
maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance
strategies. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the
condition of equipment and systems. Monitor energy consumption and
participate in energy conservation initiatives. Strong leadership
and organizational skills Expertise in mechanical and electrical
systems Proficiency in maintenance management systems and
predictive maintenance technologies Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to analyze complex problems and

Professional (CMRP) is preferred. Project Management Professional
