Job Description:
Saab, a leader in global defense and security, seeks a highly
skilled Senior Staff RF Electrical Engineer to enhance our dynamic
team. Based in our headquarters in Sweden, this role is pivotal in
developing innovative RF solutions for a diverse range of
applications in military defense and civil security environments.
As a Senior Staff member, you will leverage cutting-edge
technologies and provide expertise in RF systems, contributing
directly to projects that enhance national and international
security. Design, develop, and test RF components and systems to
meet stringent military specifications. Lead RF engineering
projects from concept through to deployment, providing technical
guidance and leadership throughout. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into broader
systems and platforms. Conduct simulation and modeling of RF
systems to predict performance in varied operational environments.
Prepare technical documentation for RF engineering processes and
product specifications. Mentor junior engineers and support their
professional development. Stay abreast of industry trends and
advancements in RF technology to continually bring best practices
to Saab. Expertise in RF circuit design and analysis. Proficient
with RF simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, or similar. Strong
knowledge of EMC/EMI considerations in product design. Ability to
work collaboratively in a team and navigate complex project
requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to
innovate under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
