About the Company With 200 years of service in Upstate NY, our client is a community minded, successful organization headquartered in a small town that is easily commutable from Buffalo's southtowns as well as Batavia, Genesee Livingston counties in the Rochester area. This position will require an on-site presence in either Rochester or the company's Genesee County location 2-3 days per week. The remaining days may be remote. Occasional local travel between data centers required. About the Job - Network Engineer As an integral part of a 25 person IT team, your focus will be on the Network and VOIP systems that support 1000 users across 57 locations. In conjunction with the hands-on NetworkTelecom Manager you will be responsible for Cisco RouterSwitch configuration, maintenance support Network Monitoring (Solarwinds) support VOIP (MitelShoretel) admin support for 1000 phones Mobile Device Management Coordinating with ISPVendors Cabling Audio Visual support as needed Upcoming projects include New Network Access Control implementation like Cisco ISE eFax solution implementation DR site relocation RouterSwitch refresh Continuing build out for their colocation About the Ideal Candidate - Network Engineer 2 years of enterprise Networking Technologies MDM a plus VOIP Phone Systems a plus (but will train if you have the networking experience) Any Cisco certs a plus but not required Salary and Benefits - Network Engineer Salary based on experience level and skill set In addition to comprehensive benefits package, employees enjoy Pension Plan, employer contribution to HSA medical plan, flexibility, casual dress and several employee centered events during the year
