This position involves providing skilled physical therapy services to homeschool students within a K-12 setting, requiring a professional who can travel to students' homes around Lockport, NY. The role is contract-based for the current school year and offers four sessions per week. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver physical therapy treatments tailored to the individual needs of homeschool students. - Coordinate therapy sessions in students homes, ensuring a supportive and effective environment. - Collaborate with families and educational staff to monitor student progress. - Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and treatment plans. - Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet educational and developmental goals.
