easy access and proper record-keeping. • Uphold company standards

of clients. • Assist in identifying and implementing solutions to
improve service processes. • Monitor customer issues and follow up
promptly to ensure resolution. • Maintain an attentive and
approachable demeanor in all communications. • Adapt to changing

Proven experience in customer service or a related field. •
Proficiency in order entry systems and maintaining accurate

communication abilities. • Ability to organize files and manage
documentation efficiently. • Comfortable answering inbound calls
and addressing customer needs. • Detail-oriented with a focus on
