In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for executing high-quality landscaping and hardscaping tasks for both residential and commercial properties. Learn more about us at www.townandcountryent.com Key Responsibilities Perform landscape installation, maintenance, and cleanup tasks Operate tools and equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and mowers Assist with hardscape projects including patios, retaining walls, and walkways Follow daily work orders and instructions from supervisors Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned in support of team goals Qualifications Valid driver’s license required Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow within the company No landscaping experience required — we provide paid training!
