You’ll have the backing of a company that provides weekly pay, a company vehicle, and top-tier benefits. /n What’s in It for You? /n/n/n/n/n/n - Earn Over $52,000 Annually – Base salary starting at $52,000, plus bonuses - Weekly Pay & Production Based Bonuses - Company Vehicle, Gas Card & Easy Pass – Company-provided truck—no personal vehicle required - W-2 Employee Benefits – Full medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) with company match and more - Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay – 2 weeks of vacation, prorated during your first year, plus paid holidays - Exclusive Military Benefits – Tenure-based bonuses up to $5,000 & annual veteran appreciation retreat /n The Role: /n/n - Lead and supervise the on-site installation process – ensuring quality work and safety standards are met - Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation - Protect and enhance customer experience throughout the installation process. - Efficiently complete service work to meet customer needs and expectations. - Manage tools, materials, and crew members on every job - Conflict resolution - ability to address concerns that arise during the installation process, fueled by misunderstandings of the contract and sales presentation. /n Requirements /n/n - Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation - Leadership, Organization, and Conflict Resolution - A valid driver's license with a clean record is required - Driving a Dump Truck and DOT - Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful - Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. multiple times a day /n At Erie Home, we provide best-in-class home solutions and stand by our commitment to connection, leadership, and growth.
