A day in the role Morning starts with a route review and a fully stocked company vehicle. First stop: an office building where you swap filters, check belts, and perform scheduled inspections on HVAC units. Afterward, you head to a warehouse to complete seasonal tune-ups, then finish the day at a garage ensuring building systems operate at peak reliability. Each visit is about consistency, quality, and minimizing downtime for our clients. Scope of work Mobile service throughout the Syracuse area General preventive maintenance on building systems and HVAC equipment Commercial environments: office spaces, warehouses, and garages What you bring EPA Universal Certification (required) What we provide Pay up to $35/hr Company vehicle and tools provided
