Location: West Henrietta, NY Pay: $20–23/hour (DOE) Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a
reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a
residential community in Bennington Hills, NY. This role is
responsible for completing work orders, unit turns, and general
property maintenance while ensuring apartments are safe, clean, and
well-maintained. Responsibilities: Complete daily work orders in
occupied and vacant units Perform apartment turns/make-readies
General maintenance and repairs including: Plumbing (basic repairs)
Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures) Painting and drywall
repair Appliance troubleshooting and basic repairs Doors, locks,
blinds, and hardware Assist with groundskeeping as needed Identify
and report larger repair issues to management Maintain a clean and
organized maintenance shop Qualifications: Previous apartment or
residential maintenance experience preferred Strong troubleshooting
and repair skills Ability to work independently and manage time
effectively Reliable transportation Good communication and customer
service skills HVAC experience a plus (not required) What’s
