ICC CDS is recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to support a busy in-house marketing department. Ideal candidate is a fast learner, well-organized individual who can work effectively in a fast paced, highly collaborative, team-based environment. Must be well-rounded and willing to accept a variety of tasks. This currently hybrid position is based in our Rochester corporate office with a requirement of three days in the office each week.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:
The Marketing Coordinator functions as the department's strategic support; assisting with tactical programs and campaigns that are the foundation for strategic marketing efforts. They will be responsible for providing support for all marketing communications and activities, while working closely with the CDS Marketing staff. This includes assisting in the development and delivery of collateral materials, digital advertising and social media, CRM campaigns, conference support and more.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR TASKS PERFORMED:

• Superior customer focus and responsiveness.
• Participate in the development of CRM campaigns including programming and report generation.
• Perform text-based website updates, compile web analytic reports and administer cooperative program participation.
• Assistance with the planning and execution of conferences and client events including registrations, prospect lists and maintenance of collateral and other promotional materials to support activities.
• Participates in creating and implementing social media messaging.
• Develops business relationships with vendors such as graphic designers, printing firms and other marketing professionals.
• May be asked to provide basic copywriting to assist in the production of marketing collateral materials, brochures, promotional announcements, and newsletters.
• Perform general administration and project management of marketing programs, campaigns and projects.
• Ability to prioritize workloads; track projects and expenses along with other duties as assigned. Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred and/or relevant marketing experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in a marketing communications role preferred
  • Basic copywriting ability in marketing communications
  • Standard computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM software and WordPress or similar programs a plus
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Exquisite organizational, communication and people skills.

    This is an office environment with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand while reading and typing on a computer.
