A marketing software platform company has a current position open for a Telecommute Marketing Software Quality Control and Training Specialist.

Must be able to:
Participate in quality calibration meetings to improve the alignment and understanding of team processes and procedures
Analyze performance from quality assurance data and communicate trends to Support leadership and frontline teams
Identify additional training needs from qualitative feedback
Qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
2+ years of quality assurance, quality control, or training experience in a SaaS technology company or a similar environment
Attentive to detail and operate with a high level of self motivation, integrity, and energy
Ability to make well thought out decisions through impartial, specific, and actionable analysis and feedback
Ability to understand complex software applications and a desire to share that knowledge with others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
